Questions
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pick your months and pay once — no recurring charge and no surprise renewal.
What if my access stops working?
If a subscription stops working during the period you paid for, we replace it free. Message us on WhatsApp and a person sorts it.
Do you need my password?
No. Subscriptions come with a login we send you. Gift cards, keys and top-ups go to your code, Player ID or account — never your password.
Why do some products say “checked first”?
Gift cards and keys have to match your account country, and some depend on supplier stock. For those we confirm stock and region on WhatsApp before any money is paid.
How do I pay?
In Uganda, MTN or Airtel Mobile Money — the code to pay to is shown when you confirm your order. In South Sudan, a deposit via Mobile Money agent. After paying, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp.
Can I order from outside Uganda?
Subscriptions are priced for Uganda and South Sudan. Gift cards, keys and top-ups are priced for Uganda — anywhere else, ask us on WhatsApp and we'll quote it. Switch region from the menu.
