What we collect, why we have it, who else sees it — and the one thing we will never ask you for.

Last updated: August 2026

01 What we never ask for

We never ask for your password. Not for any service, not at any point. Everything we deliver works from your public handle, page or video link. If anyone claiming to be 97 World asks you for a login, a one-time code, or access to your account — it is not us. Stop, and tell us on WhatsApp.

We also never ask for your Mobile Money PIN. A genuine payment request is confirmed on your own phone by you, and nobody at 97 World needs to know that number.

02 What we collect

The least we need to deliver your order:

  • Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
  • Your WhatsApp number — this is how orders are confirmed and how we reach you.
  • The public handle, page or link you want the order delivered to.
  • Your order details — the package, the price, the currency, and the region you selected.
  • A payment reference — the confirmation of a Mobile Money transfer. We do not hold your Mobile Money account credentials or any card details.
  • Whether someone referred you, if you tell us.
  • For website work — the content you send us to build with: text, photos, logos and business details.

03 Why we collect it

To deliver what you ordered, to reach you about it, and to keep a record of the order so the 30-day refill can be honoured if you need it. That's the whole list.

We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't run behavioural tracking on this website.

04 Who else sees it

Being straight with you about this matters more than sounding impressive:

  • Our delivery partners. Growth orders are fulfilled through supplier networks. They receive the public handle and the quantity — the information needed to deliver. They don't receive your name or your phone number.
  • Payment providers. MTN and Airtel process the transfer itself and hold their own records of it under their own policies.
  • Our order records. Confirmed orders are stored in our own systems so we can track delivery and honour the refill.

We do not sell your personal information to anybody, for any reason. We don't pass your number to marketers, and we don't add you to anything you didn't ask to join.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

05 What this website stores

This site runs no advertising trackers and sets no advertising cookies. It stores two things in your own browser, and both stay on your device:

  • Your region — so prices show in the right currency and you're not asked again on every page.
  • A package you selected — carried from the price builder to the order page so you don't have to pick it twice. This one clears when you close the tab.

Clearing your browser data removes both. Nothing about them is sent to us until you choose to send an order.

06 How long we keep it

Order records are kept while your order is active and for a reasonable period afterwards — long enough to honour the 30-day refill and to answer questions about what was delivered.

WhatsApp conversations stay in the app the same way any chat does, on both your phone and ours. You can delete your side at any time.

07 Your rights

Message us and you can:

  • Ask what information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your details, once any active order is finished and the refill window has passed.

You don't need a reason and there's no charge for asking.

08 Keeping it safe

We keep what we hold to a minimum, which is the most effective protection there is — information we never collected can't be leaked. Access to order records is limited to the people who need it to deliver your work.

No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise. What we can tell you is that we hold no passwords, no PINs and no card numbers, so those cannot be lost from us.
