Do you need my password?
No. Everything is delivered to a public username or link. We will never ask for your login.
Why are quantities fixed amounts?
Our price list is set in tiers — 500, 1,000, 2,500 and so on — and each tier has its own agreed price. We list the amounts we actually sell rather than guessing a rate for numbers in between. Need something outside the list? Message us and we'll quote it.
When does delivery start?
Most orders begin moving within 1 to 6 hours of being confirmed, then continue gradually rather than landing all at once.
What does refill cover?
Where a service includes refill, anything that drops within 30 days is topped back up free. It applies to followers, subscribers and members — things that can actually drop. One-off metrics like views and plays cannot drop, so they are not covered. The form tells you which applies before you order.
How do I pay?
In Uganda, MTN or Airtel Mobile Money — the code to pay to is shown when you confirm your order. In South Sudan and DR Congo, a deposit via Mobile Money agent. You confirm the order on WhatsApp first, then send a screenshot of the payment once it's done — nothing is charged on this page.
Can I order from outside Uganda?
